Seminary Student Prayer Cards

On Sunday, August 29, we will be welcoming our seminary students at Agua Viva.  We would like to invite you to pray for them this fall.  You can download these prayer cards and print them and put them on your refridgerator or any prominent location.

To download one or more of these, click on a photo to enlarge it, then right click on it and select, Save Image As…  This will let you save the image onto your computer to be printed.

Please pray that the students learn the materials well, but even more important, that they become more like Jesus and fall more in love with him during their stay here.  Pray that they will grow in their relationship with and their understanding of the Lord during their time here.  Pray that they would gain a better understanding of the Lord’s heart to reach the nations for Him.  Please pray for their health—that they would remain healthy so that illnesses do not become a distration.  Please pray for their energy level because this is an intensive course with a very busy schedule. 

Please also pray for Miguel Angel Castellanos, our Coordinator of Education.  Pray for wisdom to lead the seminary well.  Pray that he will remain healthy and have the energy he will need.  

Pray for Angel Alvarado, the Dean of Students to the men, and for Mirelia Vazquez, Miguel Angel’s wife and the Dean of Students to the women.  Pray for wisdom for them as they lead the students.  Pray for their health and the stamina to keep up with the busy schedule.

Pray for the staff of Agua Viva who will be serving behind the scenes.  Pray that the students will see in their eyes the love of Christ as they serve to keep everything running so that the students can concentrate on learning.  Pray for their health and energy level.

Please also pray for the seminary professors who will be coming to teach the courses.  Pray that they teach what the Lord would have them teach and that when they teach the students see the love of Christ through them.  Pray for their safety as the travel to and from the seminary to teach.  Also pray for their health.

Please pray for the host families that will be hosting the students during the weekends.  Pray that these families would see your love through these students and would see their passion for the Lord as they share with them.  Please pray for the churches that the student will be serving with over the weekends.  Pray that these times of service would be productive times in which the students have the opportunity to use the skills they learn during the week.
