Eunice Guadalupe Aguilar Pichardo
Toluca, Estado de México
Originally from Toluca, State of Mexico, Eunice previously completed the diploma program at CECAM. Her passion for music and desire to continue serving the Lord led her to enroll in the Bachelor's program to grow spiritually and deepen her communion with God. In her local church, she served in children's camps. Together with her older brother, she made the decision to travel across the country to prepare for ministry.
Jazyn Jolette Martínez Portillo
San Quintín, Baja California
Originally from San Quintín, Baja California, Jazyn began her studies at CECAM with the Diploma in Bible and Ministry. After completing it, God called her to pursue the Bachelor's degree. Despite many obstacles, God made a way for her to study at CECAM. Since childhood, Jazyn has felt a strong calling to serve people with disabilities. After completing her studies, she hopes to further prepare herself to establish a Christian school focused on serving individuals with disabilities. Her greatest dream is to share the love of Jesus with the world.
María Fernanda Ramírez Garduño
Toluca, Estado de México
María, born in Toluca, State of Mexico, is a sensitive and joyful young woman with a strong passion for singing, which she uses to inspire and guide others in worship. She chose to study at CECAM because of a deep desire to know God more and prepare herself to bring hope to those experiencing loneliness. She dreams of establishing an orphanage in Africa built on solid theological principles and genuine love for every child.
Melanie Marleen Real Serratos
Ensenada, Baja California
Originally from Ensenada, Baja California (raised in Ejido Héroes de la Independencia, Baja California), Marleen serves as a Sunday school teacher in a mission her parents lead to support a neighboring community. She came to study with the purpose of serving and helping her community grow spiritually and to be an example to others. Marleen is energetic and realistic. She came to CECAM to prepare to become a youth leader and fulfill God's calling on her life, ready to accomplish whatever purpose God has for her.
Johana Abigail Rodríguez Medrano
Ensenada, Baja California
Johana, from Ensenada, Baja California, is a passionate young woman with a heart for service and worship. She completed the diploma program and later returned for the Bachelor's degree, feeling called to continue preparing herself for God's work. She loves serving in children's ministry and music and is always eager to help others. Her parents studied at CECAM between 1992 and 2003 and have been a strong inspiration to her, teaching her to love and serve God with her life.
Laura Jaqueline Sánchez De la Rosa
La Paz, Baja California Sur
Laura, from La Paz, Baja California Sur, is studying at CECAM Agua Viva to fulfill her calling as a missionary. Her desire is to share the Gospel with those who have not heard it and to reflect God's love. She is determined to follow God's plans and enjoys serving in children's ministry. Laura did not grow up in a Christian family; she and her family are first-generation believers. One of her motivations for studying at CECAM is to share God's purpose with her family. Since she was 14 years old, she has desired to become a missionary. After finishing high school, she sensed God's call clearly, packed her bags with her parents' blessing, and stepped out in obedience.
Miriam Daniela Blancas Lares
Puerto Peñasco, Sonora
Daniela, from Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, currently serves God by supporting a rehabilitation center during her time at CECAM. She enjoys working with children and finds joy in being surrounded by them. Her formation at Agua Viva has strengthened her desire to better share Christ's love. In the future, she hopes to serve in a children's home.
Isaac Rodríguez Zamorano
Morelia, Michoacán
Originally from Morelia, Michoacán, Isaac has served in ministries working with underprivileged children, as a worship leader, and in studying and teaching the Word of God with determination. He came to Agua Viva with the desire to fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples and strengthening the faith of both current believers and those yet to believe.
María Fernanda Montes de Oca Ramírez
Veracruz
Fer, from Veracruz, enjoys making others laugh and creating an atmosphere of love and belonging. She chose to come to Agua Viva out of a desire to deepen her relationship with God and build a strong foundation for her faith. Her greatest passion is helping children draw near to the Kingdom, believing they are a gateway of light through which entire families can be reached and transformed.

Ensenada, Baja California
Sofía, from Ensenada, Baja California, has a deep love for others and is known for her calm and wise character. She seeks to gain at CECAM the tools and character necessary to reflect Christ in the educational field. She feels called to teach the foundations of the Christian faith within local church communities, aiming to build a strong and Christ-centered body that reaches more souls for the Kingdom.

Izhar, from Toluca, State of Mexico, has a strong passion for serving others and reflecting Christ's love. He has worked with children and teenagers, teaching them God's Word. His purpose in studying at Agua Viva is to strengthen his relationship with God and build a solid foundation for sharing the Gospel. He senses a calling to serve as a pastor in the Middle East, particularly in Israel, working among Jewish and Muslim communities.

Hailing from Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Naidelin is known for her kindness and respectfulness. She joined CECAM with a passion for serving children and youth, bringing experience in student leadership from her local church. Her dedication to growing in Christ and serving individuals with special needs reflects her heart for community and faith.

From Ensenada, Baja California, José is a committed worker with a heart for missions and helping the homeless. Before coming to Agua Viva he worked with a ministry to build homes for families in need. He has been a pillar of support in his church, driven by his desire to deepen his understanding of Christ and share God's love authentically. José's pastor was part of the first class of CECAM in 1987!

Sammy, a Nahuatl Indian from Veracruz, is fluent in Nahuatl (the language of the Aztecs) and deeply passionate about serving God and his community. His journey at Agua Viva is marked by his pursuit to strengthen his relationship with God and enhance his service in the Kingdom.

Originally from Ciudad Mante, Tamaulipas, Abner grew up in a pastoral family. A talented drummer, he uses his musical gifts to serve both at school and in his local church. His decision to continue studying theology reflects his commitment to deepening his faith and expanding his service.

After the pandemic, Miguel and Ruth answered a profound call to leave behind their careers and home in pursuit of studying God's Word. Miguel had a successful role as a manager in a tile company, making their decision to transition to Agua Viva a significant leap of faith. Accompanied by their three-year-old daughter, Sofía, their journey took an unexpected turn when they felt compelled by God to become foster parents to Estrella, a 10-year-old girl from their neighborhood whom they had been ministering to. Their time at Agua Viva has been transformative, deepening their faith and equipping them to serve as vessels of God's love and healing.

Hans & Becky Marron
Executive Director
Hans encountered the Lord at an Agua Viva youth camp in 1999. He is passionate about reaching Mexico for Christ and training the next generation of leaders. He has a Master’s Degree in Education Administration and worked as an elementary school principal for 8 years before leaving that position to serve full-time at Agua Viva.
Hans holds the highest management position in the organization and is the leader of all ministry strategies and activities. He met his wife, Becky, at Agua Viva in 2007, married her in 2014, and has led youth camps since 2016. They have two daughters, Maddie and Emma, and live at Agua Viva.
When she was 6 years old, Becky visited Agua Viva on a short-term mission trip, joined full-time staff in 2006, and stepped down after the birth of their first daughter in 2015. Becky’s grandfather, Richard Heinrichs, got involved with Agua Viva in 1983, became good friends with founder Chuy Davalos, and was influential in first bringing American groups here. Her parents, Dave and Karen, led short-term mission trips for over 20 years, and Dave served on the board of directors from 2010 to 2017.
Becky will lead recruiting and training for the intern program, organize youth camps and special events, and oversee the English social media pages.
