Ministry Training Center (CECAM)
Since 1987, CECAM — Centro de Capacitación Ministerial — has been instrumental in equipping hundreds of dedicated individuals who are now spreading the message of Christ across Mexico.
Our diverse student body represents a tapestry of backgrounds, church affiliations, and geographical origins, fostering a rich environment for learning, growth, and discipleship.
A hallmark of CECAM is our commitment to training indigenous Mexican students, empowering them to return to their communities as catalysts for change, carrying the Gospel in their native languages and cultural contexts. We offer both a transformative one-year ministry program and a comprehensive four-year theological seminary program, tailored to meet the diverse needs and callings of our students.
Fully Accredited
In a significant milestone, we attained full accreditation from the Mexican Department of Education in 2021, placing us among the first twelve evangelical seminaries in the nation. This accreditation not only affirms the quality of our education but also enables our students to graduate with nationally recognized degrees, opening doors to expanded ministry opportunities and leadership roles.
Faculty
Our faculty is made up of experienced pastors from Ensenada, bringing a wealth of real-world ministry experience into the classroom. Alongside our dedicated full-time staff and special guest speakers, our programs offer a holistic educational experience — blending academic rigor with intentional discipleship, practical service, and life in Christian community on our peaceful campus.

Join us in our mission to raise up and equip the next generation of leaders for the church in Mexico. The total program cost is $350 USD per month per student, with students contributing $150 and dedicating several hours of service each week on campus. You can make a direct impact by sponsoring a student for $200 per month or by contributing to the ongoing needs of our Ministry Training Center.
