Fermin Salvador
San Martin Peras, Oaxaca.
When Fermín grew up in his Mixteco town in the mountains of Oaxaca, there were no missionaries, no Bible, and no churches. Seeking work, he traveled to the US to work in the fields, where he heard the Gospel for the first time. Upon returning to Oaxaca, he met a missionary from Ensenada who had moved to his community to share the Good News. Fermín began working alongside the missionary, and after a few years, he pursued studies at Agua Viva.
After graduating in 2018, Fermín returned to Oaxaca and became the pastor of the church, where he preaches in both Mixteco and Spanish. He is deeply involved in his community, working with children, helping families in need, and bringing education to remote villages.
Fermín is quiet, humble, and faithful in the work God has called him to do.
